Delivery & payment
We first prepare your order, then hand it over to the carrier. Here is how payment, preparation and delivery work.
Payment
After you place your order, the amount and payment details are available on the website and by email. Payments to the Ukrainian card are in UAH regardless of the website language; international PayPal payments are in USD. For an order priced in USD and paid by card transfer, the UAH amount is fixed at the exchange rate when the order is placed. We confirm payment manually and start preparation after receiving funds.
Order preparation
Preparing your order takes 1–3 business days after payment is received. Carrier transit time is additional.
Delivery within Ukraine
We ship with Nova Poshta. Delivery usually takes a further 1–3 days after dispatch. The buyer pays the delivery cost at the carrier’s rates. Actual transit time depends on the route and Nova Poshta’s operations.
International delivery
Enter your delivery address and place your order. The email will include the items total excluding delivery and our PayPal details. Please contact us on Telegram to agree the delivery cost and estimated transit time. The 1–3 day domestic delivery estimate does not apply to international shipments.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. We agree on the pickup location and time via Telegram.
