How we use your information when you place an order, use your account or contact us.

Information we receive
When you order, we receive the recipient’s name, phone number, email address, delivery method and address or carrier branch. We also store the order contents, total, status, payment and shipment information. A delivery address is not required for pickup. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Why we use this information
We use it to handle your request, confirm your order, send payment details, arrange delivery, process returns and answer questions. Processing the information needed for your order is connected with entering into and performing a contract. Accounting documents are also retained to fulfil legal obligations. Without contact details and the information required for your chosen delivery method, we cannot fulfil your order.
Accounts and Google sign-in
If you create an account, we store your profile information, saved addresses, wishlist and linked orders. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture URL. We do not receive your Google password. You can also order without an account.
Newsletter subscription
If you separately subscribe to news, we store your email address, language and project. Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Subscriptions become active after email confirmation. You can manage both stores’ subscriptions and withdraw consent through the link in the email or by contacting us on Telegram.
Who may receive information
Order information is accessible to those processing your order. For shipping, we provide the carrier, including Nova Poshta, with the necessary recipient and delivery details. The website also queries Nova Poshta’s directory to find cities and branches. Technical providers that host and support the website may process information as part of those services. Information may be disclosed to authorised bodies where required by law. Google sign-in and communication through Telegram are also subject to those services’ policies; they may process information outside Ukraine.
Payments
We currently send payment details after you place your order. Checkout does not request your payment card number, expiry date or CVV. Do not send us your CVV, passwords or banking verification codes. Payment information received from your bank or from you may be used to reconcile payment.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses technical cookies for account sign-in. Customer sign-in is remembered for up to 365 days without activity and renewed when you use the website. Sign-in is shared across both shops and their language versions; signing out ends it on all four websites in this browser. Google sign-in also uses temporary cookies to verify the request, lasting up to 10 minutes. Your cart is stored locally in your browser, separately for each project, so it remains available when you refresh the page. You can remove this data in your browser settings; doing so may clear your cart or sign you out. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand page views, cart activity and order placement. Analytics does not receive your name, email, delivery address or payment details. Placing an order does not mean payment has been confirmed. Your choice is stored for 180 days across this shop’s language versions; the other shop has a separate choice. You can refuse or withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Google advertising features are not enabled. To protect forms from abuse, a technical request identifier, including an IP address, is processed.
Retention and protection
Information is needed while processing your order, providing your account or maintaining your subscription. After these purposes end, certain records may still be needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Deleting an account therefore does not always mean that all order records can be deleted immediately. We restrict access to accounts and orders; please do not share your login credentials.
Your rights
You can ask what information is processed about you, why it is processed and who receives it; request access, correction of inaccuracies or deletion where there are legal grounds; object to processing and withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not remove other lawful grounds for retaining information. Contact @charlyod on Telegram with your request. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a remedy in court.

If our processing changes, we will update this text and its version date. Before introducing online payments or additional services, we will add information about the processing they involve.
